Pay scale of Software Developer in IBM
Hi, I am interested to attend the interview of IBM for the post of Software Developer. I would like to know about the pay scale for this particular post in this company. Can anyone of you let me know about the pay scale asap?

Average pay scale of Software Developer in IBM is around 6.5 Lakhs per annum, which includes Cash Bonus, stock bonus, profit sharing etc. You must have completed MCA or B E/ B.Tech from any recognized university in order to be eligible.

Average total pay-Rs 628K Average base pay- Rs 600,000 Avergae Additional pay- 47,191 Additional Pay Range Cash Bonus(31) Rs 1k-Rs 160k stock bonus(2) Rs 3k- 14k profit sharing(12) Rs 10k- 85k Commision sharing (1) Rs 120k-120k |
