Hello, I am a B.Tech EEE student. I am in my Final semester. I want to get job in companies related to my stream. I also want to know that if I do CAD course then I will get placement related to my stream?

Yes, having knowledge of CAD course would be an added advantage for you in getting job opportunities in Core companies.
