It's pretty much tough to get assistant manager job in software company for Digital marketing field directly as freshers because the primary requirement for the role will be good experience.

So, you can try to join the company as in the Digital Marketing specialist or some job grade related to that as a fresher and later when you gain 2-4 years experience you can move up the ladder as Assistant Manager and Manager so on.
