I got selected in infosys bpo. wht is the salary for freshers? & is it good job for freshers?

SALARY FOR INFOSYS BPO:

The salary for Infosys BPO as freshers will be around 1.5 lakhs to 2.0 lakhs. Now being a freshers joining in BPO is ok for the first 1-3 years but after then it's better to move out to core private or public sector jobs because being in BPO industry you will be having night shifts and over time work which will affect your work life balance.

So, before joining to the BPO job try to find the jobs which is core for you and also try giving the competitive exams which are meant for getting the Government jobs and if nothing works out properly then go on with the BPO job for now and then meanwhile search for the job side by side and then get into it.
