In this round, you will tested the skills in RDBMS, JAVA and Aptitude skills
(@) Technical Test
(@) HR Round

<> You must have sound knowledge of JAVA language and should have logical as well as good programming skills.

<> Coding experience in JAVA is highly preferable.

<> And Trained or certified in JAVA would be an added advantage for you. You should have excellent communication skills.

Selection procedure for software engineer Trainee at Softeon

1.Technical test including aptitude+JAVA+RDBMS for 1 hour
2.Technical interview
3.HR Interview

Interviews will be conducted in subsequent weeks after clearing technical test.

Skills required:
1.Candidates must have good knowledge in JAVA
2.Candidates must have good programming skills
3.Strong in JAVA coding.

Softeon have their own set criteria to select the eligible candidates for Software Engineer Trainee position. At first they conduct a written online aptitude examination to shortlist the eligible candidates. Then they conduct a technical interview round. After that in the final round they interviews the candidates personally in the HR round where the final selection is done.
