Actually I want to know that what will be the salary of Database Administrator, Application Developer & Software Developer during startup? Kindly tell me asap.

The starting salary is very hard to guess without knowing the company where one will be doing the job.
Since the company is a startup then the starting salary during the training period of the employees will be about Rs 12000 per month.
Once the candidate is a permanent employee of the startup the total salary will be around about Rs 30000.
The salary may change a lot once can become a permanent employee as it will increase many folds.
