What is the procedure for open Software Pvt.Ltd. Company?


Respected Sir/Madam, I want to know about procedure and required Document for open a new software development Pvt.Ltd. company in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

You must register the name of the company in Ministry of corporate Affair website that is MCA website for the copyright purpose.

Then you must apply for the license in the government organization.

You must get the certification from NADAQ and ISO 2000.

You must get license for CMMI level 5 from NASDAQ
