Yes, for some posts they ask for a bond for few years (1 to 3 years). So the aspirant can attend the interview first and clear all the rounds for a job in Hexaware. It is a Multi National Company; it is good for the candidate to start his career from a company like Hexaware. But there will be some bond for some of the posts.
