You have to clear your B.E and then you can have a chance of getting a job in Tata Motors.

For the job in Tata Motors the aspirant has to apply online.

After the scrutinising, they call for a written test.
If you clear the written test then the next stage is group discussion.
If you clear GD then there will be an interview technical round and finally HR interview.

The aspirant should be very good in communication and should be very strong technically also.
