What are the rules for consolidated salary?
In consolidated salary what are the rules about holidays? If I am on leave on friday and do not report on monday then will be my pay deducted?

Consolidated salary refers to the total salary which includes both fixed and variable pay. To answer your question regarding deduction of salary if taken leave, it depends on your contract document and your leave pending status. If you are liable to opt for leave, then you can definitely take it without any deductions.
