Hello everyone,
I have been selected in Tata Consultancy Services. I am in final semester of B.Tech CSE. I got placement through my college campus placement cell. I have got my offer letter right now. There is something written CTC. I didn’t heard about this word. Can you tell me about CTC?

CTC means Cost To Company. It includes your salary, bonus and other allowances. You are resource to TCS and for you the entire cost which the company will bear is your CTC. Out of the CTC, PF and taxes will be deducted along with other benefits as per company rules like shuttle service and the remaining amount you will get in hand as salary. Supposing your CTC to be 3.2 lakhs per annum, you can expect a salary of 21,000-22,000 in your hand monthly.
