Thumbs up Re: Whether 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation is necessary for getting good job?

Yes, this is a sad truth where candidates who have less than 60% in any of there studies from 10th, 12th or UG/PG degree are not eligible for bigger MNC companies like TCS, HCL, Wipro, Accenture etc. They follow a very strict eligibility criteria which as follows,

-> 60% above in 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> No current backlogs.

-> Good communication and technical skills.

Most of the candidates like you will fail in the first eligibility criteria where they ask for 60% of marks through out studies but do not worry just start applying for your MCA course and work hard to gain good knowledge and marks and later you can apply for small scale companies who actually doesn't check the mark % but your skills. So, if you are good with technical and communication skills then for sure you get through one of the job and later after gaining 1-2 years experience you can jump on to the bigger MNC companies where they will check only experience by then..

Probably if you find difficult for finding a job after MCA then you can very well think about Teaching profession as well where you can join as Professor in college and then later do Ph.D to move on step by step in that profession.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
