SELECTION PROCESS FOR HCL OFF-CAMPUS DRIVE:

There are three common rounds followed for HCL on campus or off-campus drive which are as follows,

-> Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.

Aptitude test will have 75 questions for 1 hour 30 minutes which was the last year pattern and the sections asked are as follows,

-> Verbal - 25 questions in 25 minutes.

-> Reasoning - 25 questions in 35 minutes.

-> Quantitative - 25 questions in 35 minutes.

It's not 100% sure that the same pattern will be followed since they use to shuffle it at times but you can prepare first with the above topics and later move on to the common aptitude topics.

Once you clear the aptitude round you will be called for the technical round where questions will be asked from your basic core subjects which you studied in college. Make sure that you are good with the basics of programming and other concepts like Database, Data Structure, Algorithms, Operating System etc. which will be the commonly asked questions.

After clearing the technical round you will be called for HR round where it will be just testing your communication skills. So, if you good at that you can easily clear this round as well.
