A CEO of the company is responsible the company as a whole. He is at the end of the day responsible for the growth or failures of the company. His role will depend on size of the company. In large companies he will not be required to look into the day to day affairs. But in small companies he might have to look into the same.

CEO(CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER) handle the whole company,from it's employees strength to work progress of company,to increase the role of company in corporate world,how to execute product of the company,staff-work management.no controversy that CEO's have great power in their company, but with great power comes great responsibility.

CEO means chief executive officer, who is the master mind of a company, I mean the main management person of any company. He is responsible for any matter of company as-
Per day affairs,
staff-work management,
Marketing activity etc.
But in case of some large company he will not be required to observe per day activity,
But in case small company he might be required for whole activity.
