The Food Microbiology and Safety paper carries a maximum of seventy-five marks, and offers time duration of two and a half hours. The paper has no section and contains seven questions. The candidates have to attempt question number 1 which is compulsory and then they have to answer another 3 questions from the rest 6 questions i.e. in total they have to answer 4 questions. The marks allotted for first question is 15 while the rest questions are all of 20 marks each. The 1st question has two parts, each having five short questions. The first part carries 10 marks, each question being of 2 marks and second part carries 5 marks, each question being of 1 mark. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
