Indira Gandhi National Open University offers many degree and certificate courses. It takes 2-5 years to complete DFSM course but one can leave in one year by only taking a diploma. The mode of language is English. Anyone who has a Bachelor of Science degree in home science or diploma in nutrition, health care or medicine like CNCC, DNHE and PDPHN can pursue this course. It upgrades the professional competencies of dieticians and counselors and enhances their productive skills. MFN-001is 100 marks theoretical paper and is all about the systems of our body. The candidate gets acquainted with the functioning of different organs and tissues which make up these systems. The candidates have to attempt five 20 marks questions out of 8 questions.
