The Predictive Astrology paper is Paper 3 of the Masters course in Jyothisham. The paper has all descriptive questions covering a wide range of topics. The questions are set from Eastern as well as Western Astrology. Thus, students are expected to write the significance of Lagnas, Benefic planets, Yoga karaka planets and questions are also set on the significance of Mars and Sagittarius in Western Astrology. Since the paper is predictive Astrology, the questions are mostly about the evaluation or the effects of various planets on human life. Some of the common topics in this regard are in how many patterns can horoscopes results are made, the Disease significance of Saturn and Mars, concepts of Dasavasthas. Students have to know their subject in detail as questions may also include short notes on in-depth topics such as Panchaka Rahita, Indian Standard Time and so on. Prior practice and constant study will ensure good marks. As already mentioned this paper is a subjective one, it contains questions of 15 and 10 marks.
