The Chemistry paper of the Scholastic Aptitude Test is a paper of 60 marks and the time duration in which the question paper is required to be solved is of 1 hour. There are total 20 questions in this paper. The question paper is divided into three parts. Part I of the paper is short notes type with a total of 15 marks. Part II of the paper contains 5 questions which are difference based and the total marks for this section is 15. The Part III of the paper is long answer type containing a total of 10 questions in this paper and the maximum marks for this part is 60. There is no negative marking in this paper.
