Hello,
My friend is planning to write BITSAT but he want to go USA.
I want to know that through BITSAT he can do B.Tech in USA?

No, a candidate cannot study B.Tech in USA through BITSAT exam. That's because American universities does not consider BITSAT score to offer Bachelors course admissions. So, he/she cannot study B.Tech in USA, with BITSAT score.
To study B.Tech in USA, he/she should appear for SAT exam, which is accepted by most of the American universities to offer Bachelor's course admissions. So, first try to complete SAT exam, to apply for Bachelor's course admission in universities of USA.

SAT Exam Pattern:-

On the basis of BITSAT exam, you cannot get admission to B.Tech in USA.
For getting admission in Bachelor of Engineering course in USA, you will have to appear for SAT (Scholastic Ability Test).
All the engineering colleges and universities of USA accept SAT Exam Score for enrolling students in their campuses.
SAT Exam is conducted to evaluate the writing, reading and mathematical skills of the candidate.
Apart from getting admission in USA, if you are an international student and wish to take admission in BITS Institute of India, then you can get admission to BITS through SAT Score.

Exam Pattern:
Duration of Exam: 3 hours and 45 minutes.
SAT Exam is divided into two parts i.e. SAT Reasoning Test and SAT Subject Based Test among which Reasoning Test is most important.
