A teacher is supposed to be appointed in a government-aided high school at the age of 43 (OBC) by school managing committee. Now he or she is now an unapproved teacher. If the high school is supposed to be converted to govt. High school after a few year. This is supposed to be in Manipur. What is the age relaxation or is he or she eligible to be govt. Teacher when the school is directly converted to government High School?

Let me tell you that there is no upper age limit for a government teacher. But you must have a degree of B.Ed. If not then you should get admission in B.Ed.
After conversion of your school in government school your dean or chairperson will tell you for a B.Ed. degree. It will help you at great extent if you have from now.
Now in private schools it is compulsory to have a degree of B.Ed. So it will be better for future and help to secure job.

The age limit for recruitment of aided school teachers has now been extended from 37 years to 39 years. Earlier, this was only applicable to government teachers.
