Yes, you are eligible for BCA course because you have completed 12th stndard in Arts.

BCA stands for Bachelor's of Computer Application.

The candidate should have completed 12th in any stream preferably Science stream with at least 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subject of studies from a recognized Board.

Your age shouldn't be bellow 17 years.

Yes you can study BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) after 12th with Atrs Stream. This course does not demands any such qualification i.e., particular Stream in 12th standard.
Only English is compulsory subject.
Student must have a 10+2 or equivalent passed degree from a recognized University.

Note:
Some reputed institutes might ask for Mathematics in 10+2.

No, you are not eligible to join in B.com(Computers) after the completion of your 12th standard from Arts Stream. Because, to get admission in B.Com(Computers), a candidate must have completed his/her 12th standard with Mathematics subject. So, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for admission in B.com(Computers).
