Yes, you can get admission in any colleges of Mumbai being a 12th NIOS commerce candidate.
Candidate have to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the particular course in that college. NIOS is well recognised board by HRD department of Indian Government. So, it has same value as that of other boards.
