Can I get admission in NIT if scored 79 marks in JEE Main and secured 78.6% in 12th BSEB?


Hello Everyone,
I have scored 79 marks in JEE Main and also 78.6% in 12th BSEB Board exam. Am I eligible to get admission in NIT? Please let me know asap.

Sorry but we cannot predict that either you will get NIT under such score or not.
Admission in NIT is done on the behalf of online counselling.
So you have to compete in online counselling to get a seat in NIT.
Your AIR JEE Mains rank will used in counselling. So you have to wait for counselling.

You have not specified which NIT are you referring but still you can check your rank on www.jeemain.nic.in and compare it with the opening and closing ranks of various NIT's and IIT's which can be found on the csab site http://csab.nic.in/CSABCounselling/result/orcr.aspx
