My mother is a school teacher (primary) and annual income is less than 6 lakhs, my father working in a public sector
oil company. His annual income is less than 15 lakhs. Can I apply for OBC NON CREAMY layer certificate.

There is a certain criteria in order to be eligible for getting Non Creamy Layer Certificate. The detailed eligibility criteria is as follows.

>> Earlier the upper income limit for getting Non Creamy layer certificate was 6 lakhs per annum, but new NDA government has changed the limit from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs now.

>> You have mentioned your family income is more than 6 lakhs and less than 15 lakhs but you have not mentioned it clearly.

>> Hence, I request you to notice that, if your family's income is less than 8 lakhs per annum then I am very sure that you are eligible to get non creamy layer certificate.
