Hello,
I am studying in 10th and planning to take Commerce in 11th.
I want to join UPSC like IAS, IFS or IPS.
Kindly tell me by taking Commerce I can
join these services?

You can choose any stream in your 11th standard as per your interest. That's because You cannot appear for IAS, IPS exams only with a qualification of 12th standard. To appear for UPSC exams like IAS, IPS exams, first you have to complete your graduation in any stream. So, there is no problem, even if you choose any stream in your 11th standard.

Eligibility:-(For IAS, IPS exams)
1. Candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Candidate should have completed graduation in any stream.
3. Candidates must be between 21 to 30 years. Candidates belonging reserved categories are eligible for age relaxation, as per government rules.

Hello Dear aspirant,

I appreciate your interest in IAS or IPS.But one thing that i want to tell you is that now you are not eligible for UPSE exams for IAS or IPS.

For these first of all you have to qualify graduation with a minimum of 55 percent.

Also your age must not be greater than 30 years.

You should be a candidate from INDIA.

So it doesn't matter in which stream you complete your secondary education.

SO my suggestion to you is that complete your secondary education in any of interested stream.

Yes, you can definitely go for the civil services after completing 12th with commerce.
Most of the subjects there are the subjets of arts stream so if u can study them well u can definitely join them.

Hello sir! I want to say that I have taken commerce and now I m in 12 the so after 12 th I want to join upsc (ifs) Indian foreign services so whether I have to complete my graduation or directly do any studies related to ifs kindly please guide me for this tricky question .
