My friend's mother D.O.B. had been wrongly furnished to 11.5.1958 in 5th class certificate by guardian/teachers. but she tells my real date of birth is 11.5.1968. At present she is working under Central Government in Ordnance Factory as a Group-C employee. If her D.O.B will not correct then she will be superannuated in 30.5.2018. It is requested you to kindly tell me the right path to correct the date of birth in 5th, 8th & 10th class certificates of Madhyamik Siksha Mandal, Bhopal, M.P.

You can contact the respective board and apply for the change of D.O.B. of the person you have mentioned above. You will also have to provide the required details regarding the original D.O.B. of the person and after that she will be further assisted by the board and the needful will be done.
