My son is studying in 7th standard and for 8th standard I want to admit him in Sainik school. But I don’t know that how he can get admission for 8th standard in Sainik School. Please help me to know about this as soon as possible.

Procedure to get 8th standard admission in Sainik School:-

Admission in Sainik School are open only for 6th and 9th standards.

For getting admission in Sainik School, one
has to qualify the entrance exam which is conducted by the school.

Entrance exam has following papers for class 8th admission:-

Mathematical knowledge test and language aptitude test
Intelligence test

If you are alse to score top marks in these papers, then you will have good chance of getting admission.

Age should be between 13 to 14 years for class 9th admission in a Sainik School .

There is entrance exam conducted by Sainik School on national level. You need to clear that entrance exam to get admission in the school. Only merit can help you get admission.

There are notifications by the school for admission and you need to apply for it, on a prescribed format. Just make sure you have got the preparation to crack it.

Procedure to get 8th standard admission in Sainik School:-

Admissions in Sainik School are open only for 6th and 9th standard. To get admission in Sainik School, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria maintained below:-

To get admission in 9th standard in Sainik School, you must have completed 8th standard from a recognised board.

You must be in between 13 to14 years of age to get admission in CBSE 9th standard.

Admissions are open only for boys.

To get admission in 9th standard in Sainik School, you need to appear for all India Sainik School entrance examination which is conducted on first/second Sunday of January every year.

By qualifying Sainik School Entrance Examination, you will be called for interview and medical test. By qualifying these two rounds, you can get admission in 9th standard in Sainik School.

You can not get admission your son in 8th standard in Sainik School. Sainik Schools Society conducts All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam namely (AISSEE) all over India to provide admission in Sainik Schools in class 6th and class 9th.

Admission in Sainik School is offered in 6th and 9th standard on the basis of entrance examination.
So, you are eligible to take admission in 9th standard not in 8th standard. And for that you have to qualify the written examination. The syllabus of this examination is consist of mathematics, English, science, social science and personal interview.
Exam is generally Conducted in the month of January every year.

Actually, it is not possible to take admission in Saiki school in 8th standard because admissions are given in 6th, 9th and 11th standard.
Hence, you have to appear in the entrance test that is conducted in January month.

For 9th std admission when i have to give exam as i m in 7th now

Candidates must be 13 to 14 years old as of March 31, 2022.

Candidates applying for Class 8 admissions must have completed Class 9 from a recognized school.

Gender- Only boys can apply for Class 9 admission.
