I have passed 11th in a RBSE school, kota. I want admission in MP board school in MP. I have counter signature of DEO on my TC. Principal of a MP board school said I need migration certificate but RBSE school's principal said only board class issues migration certificate. Please help me.

Yes, you change from RBSE to MP Board school for pursuing your 12th standard. To get admission in MP Board school, you need to obtain a Migration Certificate, Bonafide Certificate, etc. from your RBSE school and you need to submit it in your new MP Board school. But, it is a risky process to transfer from one board to another board for pursuing 12th standard.
