I want to be a Block Education Officer. I want to know what is the eligibility criteria for becoming one in India?

Hi,
Block Educational Controller (BEC): Candidates interested to apply for Block Educational Officer (BEC) post should be within the age bracket of 22- 45 years of age as on 1 July 2017. Candidates from scheduled caste/scheduled tribe will be given age relaxation on the maximum age limit.. |

Bachelors degree in Education from a recognised University OR L.T. Diploma in Basic Education from Government Basic Training College or who hold a degree or diploma or certificate of any special course of training in Basic Education from any University or Board.
