How to join core companies after doing 3rd year mechanical engineering?


i'm going to 3rd year mechanical engg with7.0 cgpa i want to core companies to work job pls suggest me any companies with my cgpa

what is the basic requirements for getting placed in mechanical core companies??? i mean for software companies aptitude ,gd,then technical interview is the process..like wise what is the need for entering mechanical core companies..

i got arrear in 1st semester but i cleared and my cgpa is 8.o , i cleared arrears before campus plaement , can i get job or not?

now a days the engineering field was very bad.eventhough more members studied.insteed of that we will get job in core company ????what are the qualifications are need for that??????
