How to get placed in MNC after doing MCA?


I am a MCA final year student.Now started main project.After completing project I want to placed in a mnc .How can achive my goal??

You can join MNC through on campus/off campus placements. Details on off campus recruitments can be collected from web. Certain cut off marks is specified for each of the MNC. Infosys specifies a minimum cut off of 65% where as Wipro specifies a minimum of 60% marks. Arrears or year gap in studies (more than 2 years) are not allowed.

Recruitment Details :

All these companies will recruit depending on its requirements.

But there is no specific rule that they should recruit every year.

The recruitment depends in the Incoming Projects of the companies.

Generally the Recruitment Process starts in the month of May and June.

The Date of Joining will be in the month of September or October.

But this pattern is not followed by all of the companies.

Selection Procedure :

Most of these companies will hire graduates and post graduates in Computer Science or Information Technology.

And you should have minimum of 70% aggregate in your last academics.

Some companies will put the cut off 70% in your entire education degrees.

Your Academic Project should be real enough and close to real time projects, because when you are interviewed most of the questions will be related to the main project.

This is the right time to justify your technical skills.

Application Procedure :

You can attend Off Campus drives which takes place once in every year in different educational institutions.

Drop an Updated resume in any of the Job seeking websites and wait for the emails from the companies.
