When will the company allot a job for the selected HCL campus placement who appeared last year(2013)?

CALL LETTER FOR HCL FRESHERS?:

Sometimes HCL use to take longer time than expected to call the fresh candidates who are recruited from campus placement, main reason for this being there is an outage of projects to allocate.

Usually the waiting period for HCL varies from 2 months - 1 year and usually waiting for a year is odd and you need to find out the details from them anytime now. So, that you can be sure that they will call you soon as possible.

You would have received the welcome or the recruitment confirmation mail from HCL when you got selected in the campus placement, just try to reply to that mail asking when they would be calling you in just formal way. If you don't get any response then the best option is to seek the information from someone who is already working in the company probably from your friends or relatives circle, so that you can get an insight of when exactly they will be calling you.

If none of them seems to work, then the better option is to apply for other companies and check if you are able to get through it and if it's a good offer and company then probably join there rather than waiting more time for HCL!
