With regret I have to inform you that your B.Com and work experience in civil field has nothing to do with the admission in Civil engineering polytechnic.
However on the basis of your 10th standard you can take admission for Diploma in Civil engineering after full filing following criteria:
1) You should have 50% and above marks in class 10 from a recognized board
2) You have to appear for entrance exam in order to get eligible for admission.
3) Your age should not be less than 21 years during time of admission.
