What is the campus placement process followed for private companies? How to ensure that we will get the job by end of our college course? Can someone please provide me the answer on this question soon as possible? Thank you.

Different companies have different campus recruitment process. It also depends on the job profile the company is offering. Some companies have the general recruitment process which includes written test followed by technical and hr interview while some companies have video synthesis, case study, coding round, psychometric round, etc. Some even have multiple technical rounds. There is only one way to be ensured that you will get job by end of your college course. You need to study and work hard. You need to have domain knowledge, programming knowledge, good communication skill, good at general aptitude and must have done training or project or internship with dedication. Apart from this you need to be confident and should have a positive attitude.
