I am pursuing my Diploma in Electronics. I want to know about the percentage required in Diploma for taking placement.

The general criteria for on campus placement drive or off campus placement drive for diploma candidates are as below:

1. Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks overall in diploma. However the percentage criteria may differ from company to company.

2. There should not be any active backlogs to be cleared.

Once you satisfy these two criteria, you can apply for recruitment drive of company visiting your campus or outside campus. You need to clear written aptitude test, technical and HR interview to grab the job opportunity.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for placement is 50%.

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for placement recruitment.
