Well, since you have already cleared UGC NET, you have crossed the entrance gate of PhD. admission. But you must not forget that you got to clear 1 more step so that you can be a candidate for the PhD. course. Whenever the forms for PhD. are declared by the university, just take one up. In fact to be sure you might take up other university forms also. After that, you will see that there must be a space for specifying whether you are a NET candidate or not.
