What is the eligibility for NET entrance exam?
Hi,
1. I have done my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) form N.L.Dalmia Institute, Mumbai. It's AICTE approved and not UGC recognised. Am i eligible for NET (management). 2. Also, I have done my M.Com in Business Management form Mumbai University, Can i appear for NET in Management?. |

NET stands for National Eligibility Test . UGC conduct this exam twice time in a year in the month June and December . The Educational Qualification required for NET Exam is masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks .If your M.Com marks is above 55% then you can apply for NET Exam. But you can not apply in the subject of management because your management degree in not recognized . Marks relaxation provide for SC/ST category , needed 50% in masters degree.Final year student are also applicable for NET Exam There is no age criteria for NET Exam.But for JRF post your age should be below 28 years old. No distribution for All papers :- Section 1 - 100 marks(60 questions are there) Section 2 - 100 marks(50 questions are there) Section 3 - 150 marks(75 questions are there) For General candidates, the examination fee is Rs. 450/-; for Other Backward Classes fee is Rs. 225/- and for SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is Rs. 110/-.
