Sir , I am currently pursuing in my B.E final year in electrical , how can i get placed in government or private electrical companies and Is it useful to do course like Certified Automation Engineering (plc course )to get placed in core company,

if you want to get placed in government Electrical core company then when the government organization will publish notification you have to apply for the written test according to the application procedure available in the notification. after that you have to clear written test and then through interview you will be selected for the government organization. the written examination will be mainly on technical subject. you should have very good technical knowledge to join in a government organization.

to join in private electrical core company they may conduct on campus in your institution. from there you may get chance to join in a private company. otherwise you may submit your resume in various electrical core company official website. there will be a link named as career. from the career you will get one link to submit your resume online otherwise you will get one email id where you may send your resume. if you submit or send your resume then they will contact with you when they will recruit and if it seems that you are suitable for that post. after written examination and interview if you clear all stages then you will be selected for the job.

yea to join in a company or any organization certified course are very helpful. you may do the course like Certified Automation Engineering PLC course if you like. in this type of course you will learn the practical things behind any project or you will do practically which will be very much helpful when you will work for any company. so you may go for this type of certified company. this will add an extra advantage to be selected for that type of job.

YEs you are very much eligible for all the government entrance exam. Government entrance exams doesnt demands for aparticular percentage in your graduation result. Its only stated to be graduate from a recognized university under its eligibility criteria.
You can write different PSUs exam like:
BHEL
NTPC
ONGC
IOCL

You can also write IES exam or even the civil services exam. I would suggest you to take up GATE exam as nowadays many PSUs are condsidering GATE score for recruitment.

as you are electrical engineering student,you are eligible to appear for the entrance exams of government companies like BEL,BHEL,INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES(IES),ONGC,GAIL,etc..

you also have chance to get post in private companies like HCL,WIPRO,HONEYWELL,FLEXOTRONICS,etc...

to get admitted in reputed private organisations, you need some hardware courses as you suggested in your question..

after BE in electrical stream are there any designing courses that can help me for getting better job in electrial??/
