There are various universities which offers Bachelor of Arts through distance mode and most of them do considers candidates for the course irrespective of their performance in the higher secondary level as well as the gap between the higher secondary education and bachelors degree program.

Now, before you select any universities for pursuing the course through distance mode, make sure that the university is approved by the Distance Education Council of India. If the University is not approved by the Council, it won't be worth pursuing any course from that particular university, through distance mode.
