Sir, may i know how to register for AFMC exams and when is the last date for submission?

To apply for Armed Force Medical College candidate can follow both the modes online as well as offline.To register online one has upload photo and signature along with filling the given form, whereas to register offline one has to fill the given online application form, print out the same, paste the photograph and send it to AFMC by post.
The application form is available at the official website of AFMC.
The last date for the submission of the application for online mode is 05-03-2012, whereas for offline submission, the last date is 12-03-2012.
The examination will be conducted on 06-05-2012.
