MCA degree is a better option after BCA. Specialization area can be selected according to your interest. Management stream will help you to have Manager Position in top IT firms. Commerce stream will help you to have technical savvy jobs in finance. Also you can take up the position of software professional in private firms or in banks.

I have never heard of the courses that you mentioned like

MCA in Commerce
MCA in Management

As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is only one MCA course (Master of Computer Applications) for the candidates at Post Graduation level which is IT related courses.

The minimum eligibility required for the candidates to join this course is Graduation with minimum 60% of marks.

You should have to complete your Graduation with any of the following streams
B.Sc
B.Sc Computers
B.Com
BCA

Each and every university will conduct its own Entrance Exam to give admission for this course.

If you want to get admission for this course in NITs, then you should crack NIMCET Exam.

After the completion of this course, you will be having number of job opportunities in various IT companies like

TCS
Infosys
Wipro
Mahindra Satyam
Google
Dell
Delloite
Oracle etc.

You can join in any of the following job profiles

-Programmer
-Testing Department
-Data base administrator
-System Analyst etc.

So only thing you have to do is, get admission for this course in top college and complete the course successfully.

Try to get the job through campus placements itself because in outside market there are less number of job opportunities for Freshers.

Wish you all the best.

After the BCA I recommend only the MCA not the commerce or MBA because you are from the technical line background and you must have to take your PG degree otherwise you may be face problems while go for interview.

And even after done the MCA you will be eligible to write the GATE exam where direct after qualify the GATE with good ranks Indian Company direct recruit that candidates like ONGC, BHEL,NTPC etc. or you can choose IIT's or IIIT's etc. for your M.tech degree.

But if you done commerce or MBA then you will ne not eligible for that test.
