how to do LLB in correspondence and what is the procedure and how to apply for it?

Is an govt employee can apply app recruitment if he qualified LLB by distance mode like ignou

You should not apply for the LLB course through correspondence. Firstly the LLB is not offered through correspondence and secondly the course which is indeed offered through correspondence is not valid.

Even the law degree completed from IGNOU is not valid since it has been completed through distance education mode.

The Bar Council of India says that LLB course can only be done through regular mode and regular mode only. Any degree which is not completed through regular mode is not acceptable.

The consenquences of not completing the LLB through regular mode would be:

1) Local Bar Council will not allow you to register.

2) You will not be allowed to practice in the court.

3) Jobs that requires LLB degree would also be out of your reach.


Therfore you should only apply for the LLB course through regular mode. To apply you must meet the following criteria.


Eligibility

1) A graduation degree in any stream.

2) 45 percent or more marks in graduation.

3) 40 percent in case of SC/ST.

4) Your age should not be more than 30 years.

5) There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.

I am 44 Yrs Old. I am Graduate in 1995 as B.A. with English. But I have only 43 % in Graduation.
