GATE examination is the examination for engineering students conducted every year for the M.Tech course. The students of final year and pre final year of engineering are eligible for this exam. The complete eligibility criteria required for this exam is mentioned below:
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
1. Students of the final year and Pre final year of engineering are eligible for this exam.
2.Students having Master degree in any branch of science/mathematics/computers are eligible for this exam. Students of final year and Pre final year can apply for the GATE examination.
AGE LIMIT:
There is no bar in the age limit for the GATE examination. Candidates of final year and Pre final year of engineering are eligible for this exam.

There are lots of book available for GATE exam. But the best book where you get the whole syllabus with explanation of each answer are listed below:

Educational Qualification :


A Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised University.
Final year appeared/appearing candidates can also apply.

Age Limit :
General Category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam
OBC-21-33yrs
SC/ST-21-35yrs


Attempts :
General Category-4 times
OBC-7 times
SC/ST-Unlimited times
