Yes, you can appear for GRE exam. That's because there is no specific eligibility criteria, which a candidate has to satisfy to appear for GRE exam. So, any candidate can appear for GRE exam and they can use that GRE scores to apply for MS or MBA admissions at foreign universities. So, if you wish to pursue any course in foreign universities, you can apply for GRE exam.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in GRE examination after completion of your D.T.Ed with 12th standard. No specific eligibility criteria is required to appear in GRE examination. Anyone irrespective of age, educational qualification, etc. are eligible to appear in GRE examination. But, if you want to get admission in any course in Abroad universities, you must have to satisfy the required educational qualification to get admission in that course in Abroad universities.

Yes you are eligible for the GRE Examination and you will be allowed to give the Examination once you have completed the online registration for the Examination and you have provided all the necessary documents.
It is a must that you have a valid passport before you are applying for the Examination.

The GRE Examination is conducted many times a year and it is upto the candidate to decide which date is more suited to him.
So you will have to abide by all the rules and then you will have to sit for the Examination.
You must also prepare for the Examination and the best way to get yourself prepared for the Examination is by enrolling in the Institutes which give Coaching to all the aspiring students.
The guidance provided by these Institutes is the best guidance that there is available.
So it is best to start preparing as soon as possible as you are eligible to sit for the GRE Examination.
