I have completed my BAMS and now I am in US. How I can get a job whether I should do any certification courses in US only, isn't my Indian BAMS enough?

As you said you have completed Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and you need a job in United States. You can start practicing in USA on basis of your BAMS, for that first you need to appear for Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (ECFMG).

ECFMG Examination Requirements: In order to get ECFMG certificate you need to perform well in both of the examinations.
1. Medical Science Examination.
2. Clinical Skills Examination.
