Hello sir, I am Bachelor of Engineering graduate and got 5.5 bands in IELTS exam. Can I get study visa of Germany to study MS course? In which university I can get admission?

You need to improve your IELTS score to get admission in Germany. It also depends on the type of course you are applying and scores of students who have applied with you.
