i am doing 12th science course in NIOS BOARD
so after i pass i want to study
in china for MBBS can i study?????

You can definitely pursue your MBBS in China. That's because there are no rules that the student should not be from NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling). So, you can pursue MBBS in China by applying for the universities. You can apply for the universities by sending "application form" and your Transcripts(Duplicate certificates). [You can get duplicate certificates from the university or board from where you have completed your education].
You will get an admission letter from the university, if you are eligible for admission as per university requirements. Then you can join in that university by paying the prescribed fee.

can i study MBBS in U.K. , Ireland or U.S. after doing my 12th from NIOS. and if yes which are the important exams i must qualify?

I am in 12th standard in NIOS can I apply for government job on the basis of 12th NIOS

I want to ask that is there any scope of getting admission in australlia to do MBBS
