The admission in US universities is not done in the basis of your scores in graduation or your academic background. There scores can only enhance your resume which can make your application strong. The admission in US universities is mainly done on the basis of entrance exams like GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. Hence you need to appear in these exams and score well to seek an admission chance in a good university. Apart from this, you need to perform well in the interview round.
