How US returns can get Non-Creamy Layer certificate?
I was in USA working on H1B visa and returned to India in July 2016. Now me and my wife are not working. How can I get non-creamy layer certificate?

Non creamy layer certificate is based on your income and if you have got less than 6 lacs per annum income, then you can get the same from the nearest district magistrate or Tehsil.
Also, make sure that you have got permanent address in India and have address proof with ID proof and also income proof for last 3 years. |
