for engineering study,my son is studing in 3rd year computer engineering, i am class three state govt. servant,my income of last yer is 5 lacs, i have submitted non creamy layer certificate in previous year,

The obc certificate NC is required only when the student joins in any particular central level education
IT valids for that academic year only..once admitted by it no need of obc nc every year submition
